Alain Chamsi
Chief Executive Officer

Alain Chamsi has over 20 years of experience in the high-technology industry and over 5 years in the translation industry.

Alain brings to his position a vast experience in the management of software development and deployment acquired during his years at Nortel and Mitel Networks. He also brings a keen awareness of the needs of the translation industry gained through his tenure as the Director of Operations at Lexi-tech International, Canada’s largest translation service provider.

Alain is the Chairman of the Board of AILIA, the Canadian Language Industry Association and sits on the Board of Directors of the Language Technologies Research Center (LTRC) and of Languages Canada, the association of private and public language training providers.

Alain Chamsi holds an engineering degree in electrical engineering from Carleton University.

Eric Pham-dinh
Vice-President, Marketing

Eric Pham-dinh is a co-founder of JiveFusion Technologies. Eric has many years of experience in marketing and client relations.

Eric co-owned and led the operations of Summer Water Sports, a large sports/entertainment company. He was also a partner in HMS Marketing and worked in software development for a Toronto-based engineering firm, Industrial Evolution, Inc.

Eric Pham-dinh received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Ottawa University.

Philippe Béchard
Chief Architect

Philippe Béchard is a serial entrepreneur and an industry expert, having spent more than 8 years developing innovative software solutions for translation service providers. He is a co-founder of JiveFusion Technologies and directs the development activities of the company.

Philippe Béchard studied Computer Science at the Université de Montréal.
